Associate, Investment Analyst
Job Description Summary
The Associate, Investment Analyst role is to perform a detail-oriented analysis of our
long-term portfolio growth through rigorous fundamental analysis. In this role, you will
act as a primary investigator for specific industry sectors, translating complex financial
data into actionable investment recommendations. The core of this position isn't just
"reading reports"—it’s about connecting dots
Hiring Requirements
- Identifying long term investment opportunities by analyzing companies within sector/industries.
- Reviewing companies’ annual reports, 10Q/10K filings and proxy statements to identify risk and opportunities. Presenting findings to management.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress of your assignments.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related fields and/or certifications (e.g. CPA, CGA, CISA, CIA, etc.).
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information.
- Strong ability to quickly gain knowledge of changing business environments.
- Extraordinarily high levels of motivation and commitment to working hard.
- Extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
